Nobody here earns a bonus for pushing one manufacturer over another. What ends up on your spec sheet is whatever reads best on the beam and performs best on the monitor, full stop.

Where the Swingweight Conversation Actually Starts

Shaft weight moves the beam reading more than almost any other single component, which is why the shaft program gets as much attention here as the heads.

What We Actually Weigh On

The demo wall gets the attention, but the beam itself and the component scale next to it do the real work. Both are checked against a certified reference weight before the first appointment of every open day, and a written calibration log sits on the wall by the bench for anyone who wants to see it.

On the Bench

  • Certified 14-inch fulcrum swingweight scale
  • Digital component scale, 0.1 gram resolution
  • Tip and butt weight kits for swingweight correction without a component swap
  • Static weight reference set, checked quarterly against a certified standard
