Build Times

How Long a Build Actually Takes

Every build gets cut, weighed, and re-checked on the beam in-house. Here's an honest turnaround estimate by category.

Single Club

2–4 business days. Driver, fairway wood, hybrid, wedge, or putter, once the beam session confirms a build spec.

Iron Set

5–8 business days. Every head shafted and weighed against the set target, then re-checked on the beam before it leaves the lab.

Full Bag

8–12 business days. Driver through putter, built and re-checked for swingweight continuity as each piece comes together.

What Moves the Number

Why a Quote Sometimes Runs Longer

Special-order heads or finishes can add a week while they ship in from the distributor. Occasionally a first build comes off the bench slightly outside the target swingweight band — we catch that on the beam re-check and correct it before handoff, which can add a day.

Rush Option

Same-Week Builds When the Parts Are on the Shelf

If everything on your spec sheet is already in stock, ask about a same-week turnaround at the time of your session. It isn't always possible, but when the components are on hand there's rarely a reason to wait.
